Who We’re Looking For

We’re currently hiring experienced dispatchers who are ready to contribute to a growing, fast-paced team. We welcome both full-time applicants who are looking for a stable career and part-time applicants who may be semi-retired, parents with flexible schedules, or professionals looking for a second stream of income.

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience in auto transport dispatching

• Understands load boards like Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, or Ship.Cars

• Knows how to communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, and clients

• Can handle pressure and multitask during peak hours

• Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Is tech-savvy and can learn new systems quickly

If you’ve worked in dispatching before, especially in vehicle transport, your skills are in high demand here—and we offer a great environment to put those skills to work.

Position Highlights:

• 🚛 Assign and manage daily routes for our fleet of car haulers and tow trucks

• 📞 Communicate with drivers throughout the day to handle updates and routing changes

• 💻 Monitor load boards and respond to broker requests

• 📅 Schedule pickups and deliveries with tight attention to detail

• 🛠️ Resolve issues quickly, whether it’s a delay, customer request, or driver concern

Schedule & Flexibility

We understand that not every professional can commit to a strict 9-to-5. That’s why we’re offering flexible options:

• Full-time positions: Typically Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend coverage

• Part-time roles: Morning or afternoon shifts available, with opportunities to work remotely depending on experience and performance
