At Aline Transportation, we understand the critical role dispatchers play in keeping our operations running smoothly, our drivers on schedule, and our customers happy. That’s why we’re now expanding our team and looking for experienced dispatchers to join us—full-time or part-time.

With more vehicles moving across the country than ever before—through dealerships, auctions, online sales, and relocations—the logistics behind the scenes have become more complex. Drivers need clear, updated routes. Customers expect regular updates. And coordination between brokers, carriers, and clients must be seamless.
That’s where dispatchers come in.
Dispatchers are the communication hub of the entire operation. They are the ones who:
Assign loads to drivers
Optimize pickup and delivery schedules
Handle changes and reassignments in real time
Keep customers updated
Solve problems when things go off-track

We’re currently hiring experienced dispatchers who are ready to contribute to a growing, fast-paced team. We welcome both full-time applicants who are looking for a stable career and part-time applicants who may be semi-retired, parents with flexible schedules, or professionals looking for a second stream of income.
The ideal candidate:
Has experience in auto transport dispatching
Understands load boards like Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, or Ship.Cars
Knows how to communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, and clients
Can handle pressure and multitask during peak hours
Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Is tech-savvy and can learn new systems quickly
If you’ve worked in dispatching before, especially in vehicle transport, your skills are in high demand here—and we offer a great environment to put those skills to work.
🚛 Assign and manage daily routes for our fleet of car haulers and tow trucks
📞 Communicate with drivers throughout the day to handle updates and routing changes
💻 Monitor load boards and respond to broker requests
📅 Schedule pickups and deliveries with tight attention to detail
🛠️ Resolve issues quickly, whether it’s a delay, customer request, or driver concern
We understand that not every professional can commit to a strict 9-to-5. That’s why we’re offering flexible options:
Full-time positions: Typically Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend coverage
Part-time roles: Morning or afternoon shifts available, with opportunities to work remotely depending on experience and performance

Aline Transportation has been serving customers across the 48 states for over a decade. What began with one tow truck has grown into a fleet of 10 car haulers and 4 tow trucks, as well as a robust network of brokered carriers and logistics partners.
